Friends of Mandritsara Trust supports the Good News project at Mandritsara in northern Madagascar. Mandritsara is a market town with about 25,000 people in a district the size of Yorkshire.
The project includes: the Good News Hospital, the Good News School, the Voice of the Good News Radio,and a Nursing Training School. It works in cooperation with the Mandritsara Bible Baptist Church.
The hospital is recognized as one of the best in the country, which is remarkable given its rural location. All are treated irrespective of money or belief, but all are also offered the Good News of the gospel.
