Founded by JD Sports Fashion plc in October 2015, the JD Foundation receives 50% of the net proceeds from the sale of the iconic JD duffle bag and cash desk donations (facilitated by Pennies).
Alongside this, a number of corporate fundraising activities are undertaken by JD Group colleagues, which has significantly contributed to £7.4million raised since its inception.
The mission of the JD Foundation is building stronger youth communities and transforming young people's lives through opportunities, engagement and social change and supports charities in line with this mission.
